We now are in the process of constructing low maintenance town homes. We are constructing brick, rock and/or vinyl siding, 2 and/or 3 bedroom townhouses with and without attached garages. Price range will start in the $145,000.00 range and up. We will pave all roads and provide common wells and private septic. The first homes are being constructed adjoining Whispering Pines and will use Whispering Pine Drive as their main access. The project also has road frontage on Burma Road West and Sugar Hill Road. An additional access point will be used as the development progresses. Planned future amenities may include but are not limited to, walking trails leading to the creek and to an adjoining small pond, gazebo, covered picnic/meeting area and possibly a playground/swing set area. This common area will be designed for the enjoyment of the property owners and/or their guests.
